FPWNT offers unlimited, free access to our clinical / information services to all of our financial members. Although we aim to provide you with immediate appointments, due to seasonal fluctuations in DR numbers, this may not always be possible.

To Become A Member of FPWNT

In order to use the services of FPWNT you need to become a member. Memberships are a small contribution to our organisation that are paid on a yearly basis. Memberships help FPWNT provide the quality and expert services you can access in our clinics. Memberships are also tax deductible.

Membership forms are available at clinic locations and the following fees apply:

Waged person $25
Concession Card Holder $10
Student $5.50
